For real estate agents

Deal fell through? Send me the file.

When a buyer's financing stalls or gets declined, I'll take a fresh look and tell you plainly whether there's a path to closing, and what it would take.

Free and open to any agent. There's no expectation or requirement that you refer buyers to me.

One point of contact who answers, backed by my team.

Scenarios I take

Files worth a second look

Every file is different, and final options depend on the programs available through my sponsoring company. Guidelines vary; not a commitment to lend.

Declined or stalled elsewhere

The buyer was denied, or the file stalled, with another lender. Send the situation and I'll tell you plainly whether I see a path and what it would take.

Self-employed buyers

Tax returns that understate income after write-offs. Bank-statement programs may be an option.

Investors (DSCR)

Rental purchases that qualify mainly on the property's rental income.

Condo problems

Questionnaire issues, reserves, special assessments, inspections or insurance on the building. I'll tell you early whether the building works for the loan.

Free for agents · no sign-up
