A small, monthly, hands-on session for South Florida agents who work condo deals. 8 to 12 agents, real scenarios, straight answers.
Free and open to any agent. There's no expectation or requirement that you refer buyers to me.

Format
In person at a local BNI or Biz To Biz venue, or on Zoom. Dates and locations are posted here when they're set.
Please don't bring or send borrower names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers or credit reports. Describe the situation only.
